Certified real estate appraiser

We are looking for a certified real estate appraiser to join a team in Montreal. As a Certified Appraiser, you will work closely with our knowledgeable and versatile team to provide accurate and comprehensive real estate valuations.

Our company is dedicated to assisting and supporting our clients throughout the real estate process by offering integrated inspection, design and expertise services.

Responsibilities :

• Perform joint inspections with our team to assess the condition, characteristics and specificities of the properties.
• Analyze market data, trends and comparable properties to determine real estate values.
• Collaborate with our team to prepare comprehensive, industry-standard assessment reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lenders and other stakeholders to explain assessment findings and respond to questions.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on industry trends, regulations and best practices in real estate valuation.

Qualifications :

• Designation of approved real estate appraiser from a recognized institution.
• Master Inspector Inc. certification or equivalent experience in building inspection (an asset).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and effectively manage evaluation missions.
