Reporting to the Directorof Sales and Marketing the Key Account Manager (KAM) will supportthe sales and client development of the Stelar solution and allother technology solutions developed by the Innovations andSolutions group.
He or she will also maintain close relationshipswith clients while coordinating business development effortstowards the achievement of objectives.
The KeyAccount Manager monitors business opportunities and collaborateswith various stakeholders (Segment Directors Managers externalpartners) to promote the full range of solutions that Norda SteloSolutions offers its clients.
In this capacity he or sheshall :
- Generate sales of Stelar andother solutions;
- Take on a consultative rolewith clients in order to respond effectively to their businessneeds;
- Have indepth knowledge of new andexisting clients as well as of the companys services andmarkets.
Ourexpertise is diversified what aboutyou
- Participate in the planning andexecution of sales of the Stelar solution and other solutions ofthe Norda Stelo Solutions group;
- Identifyassess and detail client needs and prepare presentations of thesolutions provided by Norda SteloSolutions;
- Proactively monitors clientsatisfaction ensures renewal of agreements and reinforces the NordaStelo Solutions footprint with clients;
- Staysabreast of business opportunities and generates demand for thecompanys solutions;
- Applies the corporate salesprocess and provides information on the various platforms (CRM andSGP);
- Collaborates in the implementation of thestrategy for responding to a call for proposals and in the buildingof a supply team to bring a business opportunity tofruition;
- Participates in the drafting ofproposals and the negotiation ofcontracts;
- Coordinates efforts with supplyteams to ensure effective implementation of thesolution;
- Keeps abreast of project performance(work in progress accounts receivable restrictions and margins) atclient sites and takes action to achieve groupobjectives;
- Develops and maintains soundlongterm business relationships with clients and maintains anetwork of contacts;
- Represent Norda Stelo atevents conferences symposia etc.;
- Carries outany other tasks related to the scope of his / herduties.
Ourmusthaves
- Bachelors degree inengineering computer science or other relevant combination ofeducation and experience;
- 5 to 10 yearsexperience in a related field including a minimum of 3 years inselling software solutions (SaaS);
- Proficiencyin Office suite software;
- Bilingualism requiredboth written and spoken (French andEnglish).
