Our client a promotionalproducts company is hiring a Customer Service Representative tojoin their growing office. You will be working closely with and bementored by the President who has 40 years experience with twoprevious successful companies in thisspace.

Salary :

Base $50000 $60000 peryear (depending upon ability andexperience)

Hoursof Work :

Monday toFriday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Aftertraining working from home is apossibility.

Location :

Candidate will work initially inan Waterloo office fortraining.

The position willtransition to hybrid / remote overtime.

The chosen candidate musthave their owncar.

Responsibilities

  • Workclosely with the President in servicing large international clientssuch as Samsung Manulife Beacon Roofing LG Electronics Centimarkand more.
  • Monitordemand and analyzes inventory data to anticipate future supply andlogistical needs as well as websitecontrol.
  • Preparing quotations andpresentations for clients both virtually and inperson.
  • Handle inside salesresponsibilities by responding to customer inquiries and maintaingood relationships with customers vendors andlogistics.
  • Placing orders forvarious products and following up to ensure deliverables aremet.
  • Maintaineffective and accurate storage of data both electronic and physicalfiling (asneeded).

Requirements

  • Universitydegree or College diploma in Business (or related) is anasset.
  • Promotional marketing printindustry ad agency or graphics experience will be a strongasset.
  • 13 years of related accountmanagement or customer service experience with a minimum of 3 yearsof overall work experience.
  • Must beproficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint). This willbe assessed.
  • Strong command of theEnglish language is a must. Bilingual (English / French) is anasset.
  • Ambitious and selfmotivatedwith the ability to workindependently.
  • Sales and customerservice minded with great energy. Peopleperson.
  • Flexibility to work withchangingpriorities.
