Project Management Officer

Summary :

eClerx is seeking an individual skilled in project management officer, program management, data analysis and business analysis.

This person will help rollout firm policy and training across the organization. The candidate will use their business analysis skills to help define and document the processes being implemented.

Project management experience will give them the ability to set a plan, staff it and bring it to completion. Program management will allow them to effectively roll out a multi-stage process to many departments across business units.

Duties, Skills & Abilities :

• 8+ years’ experience managing projects and program implementations
• Demonstrable experience with analysis on data projects including some experience with data analysis itself
• Business analysis skills, user story writing, business requirements documentation, working closely with technology teams
• Project management skills including project / sprint planning, running meetings, resource allocation, status communication, change management
• Program management skills such as program definition, determining insights, working through issues during the rollout and completing the program’s lifecycle
• Ability to lead lead the definition and execution of a project from inception to deployment
• Knowledgeable in Scrum-specific Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within technical and business organizations
• Innovation minded, highly capable of thinking systematically, capable of redefining the solutions to overcome the competitors and solve problems
• Self-driven, energetic, creative, with ability to work in international teams
