Sous la responsabilité du Président, vous serez notre super-héros des finances, supervisant les activités de notre équipe comptable et produisant des rapports critiques aussi clairs que du cristal !

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES :

• Superviseur de comptes payables ;
• Superviseur de comptes recevables ;
• Superviseur de la paie ;
• Gestion et versements de l’assurance groupe ;
• Gestion et versements du fond de pension ;
• Production des rapports mensuels de TPS-TVQ ;
• Préparation et documentation des fins de mois ;
• Coordination et assistance des décomptes et fermeture des inventaires.
• Fermeture des comptes recevables et payables.
• Conciliations bancaires.
• Production de tous les tableaux justificatifs.
• Participation à la première version des états financiers mensuels;
• Analyse de certains comptes de GL ;
• Préparation et documentation des fins d’année;
• Gestion des questions d'assurance commerciale et d'informatique et télécommunication ;
• Participation à l’embauche et formation du personnel;
• Supervision et évaluation de son équipe;
• Maintien d’un environnement de travail harmonieux ;

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE :

• Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité
• Titre CPA
• Minimum 5 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire

COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES :

• Excellence en comptabilité de gestion
• Connaissance des lois et règlements du code du travail
• Capacité en planification et contrôle
• Certification ACP un atout
• Maîtrise de l’environnement Windows et logiciels comptables
• Bonne communication en français et en anglais

Immediate Supervisor : President

MAIN TASKS :

• Supervisor of accounts payable
• Supervisor of accounts receivable
• Supervisor of payroll
• Management and disbursements of group insurance
• Management and disbursements of the pension fund
• Production of monthly GST-QST reports
• Preparation and documentation of month-end
• Coordination and assistance with inventory counts and closures
• Closing of accounts receivable and payable
• Bank reconciliations
• Production of all supporting schedules
• Participation in the initial version of monthly financial statements
• Analysis of certain GL accounts
• Preparation and documentation of year-end
• Management of commercial insurance and IT / telecommunications issues
• Participation in hiring and training personnel
• Supervision and evaluation of your team
• Maintenance of a harmonious work environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• University degree in accounting
• CPA designation
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position

TECHNICAL SKILLS :

• Excellence in management accounting
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Planning and control capabilities
• ACP certification is an asset
• Proficiency in Windows environment and accounting software
• Good communication skills in French and English
