As Perley Health continues to advance their mission, they are seeking a new Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) to join the executive team.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) and as an integral member of the executive team, the CFO will be the key architect, driver, and implementer of Perley Health’s financial strategies, ensuring that the organization has the appropriate infrastructure, tools, processes, and resources to execute its business plan effectively.

The CFOat Perley Health will be a strategic leader who drives the organization’s success through four essential areas : strategic management, financial performance, internal controls, and accounting systems.

The CFO will formulate and implement innovative strategies aimed at enhancing service delivery and ensuring long-term sustainability while providing robust financial leadership and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

This role encompasses the oversight of financial performance metrics, optimization of cash flow, and the establishment of rigorous internal controls and ethical standards.

Furthermore, the CFO delivers timely and insightful financial analyses that inform strategic decision-making and enhances operational efficiency within the finance team, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and positioning Perley Health for future growth.
