Given the increased scale and complexity of the company, CaraCo is now seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer, capable to further enable the expansion of the business.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will guide CaraCo’s financial strategy while managing financial planning, treasury and long-term capital allocation decisions to ensure sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with a minimum of 15 years of financial leadership experience, preferably within the real estate development or property management sectors.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about real property and how related value is created, with a formative background in public accounting and a desire to fundamentally impact an enterprise.
The candidate should be adept at simplifying the complex, have hands-on experience in large-scale projects, and possess a strategic perspective on HR, IT and legal matters.
