Supply Chain and ERP Controller

The Supply Chain Controller reports directly to the Extracts and Order Fulfillment Manager and is responsible for the oversight of supply chain process, including sourcing, demand planning, purchasing, logistic coordination, distribution and ERP integration.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in supply chain management, preferably in a regulated industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supply chain management for all input products that go into creating BOLD Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Oversee the procurement process, including negotiations with suppliers and service providers, ensuring proper supply inventory is maintained
  • In depth ERP system knowledge ( Dynamics 365; Business Central, NetSuite, Evora )
  • Continue to develop and integrate ERP system
  • Warehouse management and organization
  • Assist with the implementation of new product launches and procure required packaging
  • Oversee internal product demand planning
  • Continuously monitor and measure supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of BOLD products
  • Create and assess the company’s planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies
  • Manage logistics and distribution of product
  • Assist with Continuous Improvement projects, including evaluation of current processes and procedures
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in building a highly collaborative supply chain team
  • Participate in meetings and on-site training as required
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications and Expectations

  • 2+ years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (cannabis or CPG experience is an asset)
  • Experience with ERP software is required ( Dynamics 365; Business Central experience preferred)
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management
  • Proficient in all Microsoft 365 office applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Solid team player who promotes a culture of professionalism, integrity, quality, and teamwork
  • Must demonstrate initiative and be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Driver's license or reliable form of transportation

Work Conditions

  • Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day
  • Some evening and weekends as required
