We are seeking a dynamic and competent Executive Assistant to join our team at an insurance and financial services company.

This position is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and permanency. The role requires relevant experience and offers a hybrid work environment with one day a week in the office.

Responsibilities

Executive assistant / Hybrid mode / 28 - 35$ / h

  • Organize and coordinate schedules and appointments for the management.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and improve various administrative documents.
  • Maintain effective communication in French, both spoken and written.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Proficiency in French is mandatory, and English is an asset.
  • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and maintain impeccable organization.
  • Ability to handle stress and maintain a professional attitude in all circumstances.
  • Collaborative, organized, and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
