REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Attendant
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or any accommodations is a must
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Open to various locations in Canada
Responsibilities include performing :
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, acknowledge all guests.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and understand all department processes and policies
- Selling the hotel’s features and benefits over the phone and in person at the front desk
- Understanding guest concerns in order to resolve all issues prior to the guest’s departure
- Distributing express checkout receipts to departing guests.
- Properly logging detailed information on daily activities.
- Assisting with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours.
- Answering and directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Complying with all operating procedures and policies.
- Logs and tags lost and found items brought to the desk from housekeeping.
