Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Manager to join our team, with a special focus on expanding our client base in the Government , Public , and Non-Profit sectors .

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a robust network in these sectors and a track record of successful client acquisition and community building.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients in the Government, Public, and Non-Profit sectors.
  • Utilize existing networks and relationships to enhance business opportunities and client engagement.
  • Represent destinationone Consulting at industry events, fostering relationships and enhancing business visibility.
  • Achieve targeted acquisition goals, specifically acquiring a minimum of 2 new clients every month and securing 1 retained executive search per month.
  • Lead initiatives to build and strengthen community engagement within targeted sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Provide minimal need for training, demonstrating an ability to hit the ground running.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, particularly within Government, Public, or Non-Profit sectors.
  • Extensive sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong capability in building and maintaining relationships, with excellent networking skills.
  • Outgoing and proactive personality, with a keen interest in actively driving company growth.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally at all relevant industry events.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Perseverance, self-motivation, and a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

Requirements
