We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to be a crucial part of our team. This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for the day to day care of clients, including processing policies, product management, and responding to customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications : Experience in a Customer Service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self driven & motivated Coachable Skills : Excellent people skills both in person and via telephone Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organizational skills including ability to analyze, prioritize, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
