Our client a manufacturer and distributor is looking to add a Quality Assurance Specialist to their team

Job Details :
- Responsible for the execution of existing quality control processes
- Conduct incoming inspection of raw packaging materials and finished goods by comparing them against specifications and standards.
- Must be capable of using analytical tools such as scales, callipers and other digital instruments
- Support new product launches through package, transit and performance testing.
- Maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Track and report on Quality KPIs.
- Reports to Director of Operations.
What They Offer :
- Day Shift : 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm Monday to Friday
- Pay Rate : $22.00-$25.00 an hour depending on exp.
- 4% Vacation Pay
- Paid Stat Holidays
- Potential to be hired on full time direct.

Experience Required :
- Minimum 2-3 years in a Quality Assurance / Quality Control role
- Must be capable of using analytical tools such as scales, callipers and other digital instruments
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be a team player
- Experience with KPI's and reporting
- Must have good MS Office exp including excel and reports
- Must be willing to work overtime when required
