Responsibilities
- Read & understand daily production order plans
- Find materials, tools & ingredients required for the daily production plans
- Learn & remember production recipes
- Work with kitchen tools & production machines in a safely manner
- Document all necessary findings & required information
- Clean all tools, machines, & work stations used
- All other tasks assigned to the production cook
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working as a cook, or in a position handling food
- Highschool diploma or equivalency
- Ability to work full time, 40h a week
- Ability to read, write, and understand French
- Ability to work in a hot environment, around stoves & ovens
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs loads when required
- Good mathematical skills
- Ability to travel to Rigaud for work daily
