MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 1 MONTH OF DAY SHIFT TRAINING FROM 5AM-1 : 30PM)

Responsibilities

• Read & understand daily production order plans
• Find materials, tools & ingredients required for the daily production plans
• Learn & remember production recipes
• Work with kitchen tools & production machines in a safely manner
• Document all necessary findings & required information
• Clean all tools, machines, & work stations used
• All other tasks assigned to the production cook

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working as a cook, or in a position handling food
• Highschool diploma or equivalency
• Ability to work full time, 40h a week
• Ability to read, write, and understand French
• Ability to work in a hot environment, around stoves & ovens
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs loads when required
• Good mathematical skills
• Ability to travel to Rigaud for work daily
