CA$60,000.00 / yr - CA$85,000.00 / yr

Summary
In this role, you will act as a knowledge resource to other company locations needing mechanical / technical assistance with escalated issues dealing with company products. You will be required to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in compliance with company regulations.
Responsibilities & Functions
Provide technical assistance and repair support to servicing dealers.Deliver technical support to sales and internal support teams.Guide dealers on warranty eligibility and repair procedures.Review and adjudicate dealer warranty claims.Analyze and repair critical product failures, provide end‑user technical support, maintain accurate activity logs and reporting, and perform additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications & Skills
Fluently bilingual – English / French – Spoken and Written.Degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade.Minimum of 3 years in electrical / mechanical sales, technical support, or service management.Strong problem‑solving abilities.Ability to quickly gather, analyze, and share information effectively.Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in MS Office applications and connected digital collaboration environments.Seniority level : Not Applicable
