Business Analyst - IAM
At Orion Labs, we are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst for a contract position with one of our clients.
The contract will be 6 months to begin with and multiple extensions highly possible.
The position is a fully remote role and should be open to working in EST time zone and take calls whenever needed.
The position is supposed to start early October, and we want someone who can be onboarded quickly.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Provide a detailed business analysis service for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
- Provide program management leadership expertise of large scale, complex, critical enterprise initiatives within the organization.
- Make sure the programs are delivered in a cost-effective and efficient manner, adhering to the organization’s methodologies, standards and frameworks.
- Establish effective procedures for gathering requirements, incorporating various methodologies interviews, workshops, mockups etc.
- Perform business requirements design, use case design, logical data workflows, use case surveys and nonfunctional requirements in a technical capacity.
- Ability to document detailed business requirements and translate them to functional requirements for the team.
- Prepared detailed project status reports and socialized with stakeholders.
- Support Change management initiatives, helping with communication plan, and work with key stakeholders.
- Support project manager and Program manager in implementing the program strategy from inception to project completion.
Skills Knowledge and Experience
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented, highly organized individual with 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with exposure to Cybersecurity greenfield implementations.
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills; ability to understand and analyze complex issues and situations.
- Self-motivated, detail orientated, highly organized and able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in an efficient manner with a high level of quality
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation as requested by the client and team.
- Ability to collaborate with other resources or train the team for future sustainment activities.
Rate : 65 75 CAD per hour.
