Job Title : Senior Lead Business Analyst (P&C Insurance or Broker MGA Domain)

Work Location : Toronto, Ontario, Canada / Remote

Job Description :

• Required Experience : 10 Years
• Domain Skill : P&C Insurance or Broker MGA Domain Business Analyst
• Product Experience : Experience in PAS configuration products like Vertafore MS Concept One Bridge etc.

Technical Skills Primary :

• Experience of 10 years as a Business Analyst in Insurance P&C Insurance or Broker MGA domain
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in Insurance MGA and broker domain and familiarity with Agency insurance products rules and methodologies
• Collaborate with client Business Leads and various team members to define the business vision and scope for the project
• Experience in leading a small team planning testing activities handling meetings with client defect triaging
• Reviewing and finalizing the requirements with the client for approval signoff
• Driving key requirements elicitation design and review sessions
• Experience in various software development methodologies like Agile Scrum Waterfall
• Ability to write concise user stories and precise acceptance criteria with business approval
• Elicits detailed product requirements and use cases and develop and maintain the business requirements
• Periodical review and update of the requirement documents
• Co ordinating with Business for UAT signoff
• Testing Applications to deliver functionality as desired by the Business
• Inquisitive in nature and ability to think critically
• A liaison between the business side of an enterprise and the information technology department or external service providers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask

Soft Skills :

• Must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge of solving complex technical problems
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
• Good analytical skills and problem-solving techniques are needed
• Should work independently with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
