Ourclient is looking for 8 skilled and dedicated customer serviceagents to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have apassion for customer service and the ability to understand clientsinsurance needs in order to provide them with the best possiblesolutions.

Whatis in it foryou :

Annual salary ranging from$52.000.

Annual bonus aimed atachieving 5%.

Fulltime permanentposition : 37.50 hours per week.

Hybrid position with 23 days inoffice inChabanel.

Monday to Fridayschedule from 9 am to 5 pm one week per month from 12 pm to 8pm.

4 weeks of annualvacation.

Responsibilities :

Understand clients insurance needs and provide appropriatesolutions.

Process quotes andunderwrite auto and home insurancepolicies.

Advise new clients onauto and home insurance.

Updateexisting insurance policies for our clients taking into accounttheir evolving needs; propose new products ifnecessary.

Build customer loyaltyby providing outstanding service.

Underwrite new business append endorsements and issue renewals byobtaining all necessary client information for pricing and riskanalysis.

Stay informed about thelatest production guidelines and regulatoryobligations.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

University or college degree is a significantasset.

1 year of sales andcustomer service experience (anasset).

Bilingual in English andFrench (spoken and written).

Customeroriented mindset and ability to offer products tailored totheir needs.

Excellentproblemsolving skills.

Strongautonomy.

Ability to managepriorities.

Excellent computerskills to familiarize oneself with newapplications.
