Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including audience segmentation, email creation, deployment, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and data teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer insights.
- Maintain and manage the customer database within Adobe Campaign Classic, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging across various channels.
- Perform data imports, ETL processes, and data enrichment activities to enhance campaign targeting.
- Set up and manage automated workflows, recurring campaigns, and triggered communications.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance through A / B testing, metrics analysis, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for campaign management.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign Classic with other marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager) and third-party platforms.
- Work closely with IT and data teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth data flows and platform performance.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Adobe Campaign Classic functionalities and capabilities.
- Generate detailed campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Analyze campaign data to understand customer behavior and inform future marketing strategies.
- Present findings to stakeholders, offering actionable insights for improving engagement and ROI. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience : 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) in a similar role. Hands-on experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong background in database management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
Skills : Proficient in using Adobe Campaign Classic for campaign management and automation. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance (e.
g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Excellent analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Certifications (Preferred) : Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Campaign Classic
Requirements
Experience (Years) : 8-10 Essential Skills : Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, including customization and integration.
Guidewire certification is a plus.Other technologies of interest : Guidewire Cloud, Salesforce CRM, legacy modernization, and AWS.
Proven knowledge & architecture experience in, architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services, APIs), application integration, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, application architecture, distributed architecture, data architecture and modelling.
Proven experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
Can understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc.
Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a plus.Experience in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space.
