Skills and Responsibilities :

• Experience in Commercial P&C Insurance Domain.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
• Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center knowledge
• Prior systems / programming experience
• Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies. Working experience in Agile methodology.
• Experience in preparing Business Requirements and Process documentation.
• Good understanding of Insurance business functions; gathering information; Coordination with all the stake holders and tracking the deliveries.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Operating knowledge of JIRA tool for the Agile deliveries.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PDF, AFP, SQL,
• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong customer service focus
• Able to multitask and work independently.
