Our North Vancouver office team is seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual who would like to join the Ellison team as an Event & Tour Coordinator
The Role :
The successful candidate will work with the General Manager work together to execute successful tour operations for the events.
The Event & Tour Coordinator will complete several festival related duties and have a focus on building excellent relationships with suppliers (hotels, restaurants and attractions) as well as teachers / group leaders.
The Event and Tour Coordinator will also qualify and provide quotations to new teachers interested in attending the festivals.

Qualifications
- Team-focused with ability to adapt and support change, solve problems creatively, and adjust approach as necessary.
- Passion and experience in travel an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, sense of accountability, and professionalism.
- Technological proficiency including MS office, and ability to adapt quickly to changing technology.
- Ability to adapt and support change, solve problems creatively, and adjust approach as necessary.
