Service Desk Agent
As extension of our dedicated Rychiger Servicehub North America customer service team, we are searching for a Service Desk Agent (Full time)
Your tasks and duties
- Process customer requests regarding technical machine errors, spare parts, service interventions and retrofits with a proactive approach.
- Create quotes in ERP environment for spare parts, service interventions and retrofits.
- Make technical clarifications within the group companies and external suppliers.
- Coordinate and take responsibility for the execution of smaller retrofit and machine upgrades.
- Provide technical assistance in developing customized preventive maintenance concepts and service agreements.
- Contribute in the continuous improvement process and further development of the service desk.
Our job requirements
- Basic technical education with further education in automation, electrical or mechanical engineering
- Proven experience in technical hotline for machinery and equipment
- Proactive and customer centric behavior
- Social skills as a team player
- Proficiency in MS office products, ERP and CRM
- Business fluent English, all other languages especially German are a plus
