National Field Sales & Operations Manager
Duration : 15 month contract
Summary of the role
The National Field Sales Operation Manager is responsible for sharing and executing the sales strategies across the Field Sales Operations (FSO) Team.
In partnership with the Sales Directors and the Commercialization Team, this person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing the different sales tools and processes.
He / She will also be responsible for tracking, reporting and sharing the sales execution data, leveraging various tools and communication platforms.
This very strategic role reports directly to the National Sales Vice President.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the main lead between the Commercialization Team and the Regional Sales Managers daily to ensure a smooth cascade of our business priorities down to our Field Sales Operation Team;
- Makes proper recommendations to the Sales Directors and Commercialization Team to ensure our Field Sales Operation Team is equipped with the right tools to execute the strategies;
- Ensures accuracy and timing of sales execution in partnership with the Commercialization team;
- Develops and implements Field Sales strategies in partnership with the Sales Directors and Commercialization team to achieve corporate execution objectives;
- Reports weekly to the National Sales Leadership Team on the status of our National Field Sales execution;
- Cascades priorities to the Regional Sales Manager team in weekly meetings;
- Defines and leads the routine and sales process of our Field Sales Team;
- Leads and oversees any Field Sales transformation project;
- Identifies coverage optimization & guidance and acts on any feasible improvements;
- Manages CRM tool & RCI;
- Drives best practices sharing by managing / encouraging / leveraging team members activity on Workplace groups.
- Leads bi-monthly National Sales Leadership meetings.
Requirements
Professional qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration sales option an asset;
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the market.
