Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with additional responsibilities in data
integration and product data syndication to join our team. This role will combine data analysis,
business intelligence development, and data flow management to support our business
initiatives and enhance decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
1. Plan, design, develop, and document SQL views to support various business needs.
2. Create, maintain, and optimize PowerBI dashboards for multiple stakeholders.
3. Provide insights and analysis through data visualization to support business decision-
making.
4. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet
their needs.
Product Data Syndication
1. Ensure accurate and timely syndication of product data to various partners.
2. Monitor and report on data syndication performance and resolve any issues.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and prepare product data for syndication.
Data Flow Management
1. Oversee the end-to-end process of data flow from source systems to central databases.
2. Implement and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
3. Conduct regular audits and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Work closely with other departments to address data-related issues and optimize data
flow processes.
Qualifications :
1. 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proven experience in data analysis, SQL, and business intelligence tools like PowerBI.
3. Able to understand and connect applications to data sources (integrations and APIs).
4. Experience with or willingness to learn about product data syndication.
5. Understanding of ETL processes and data flow management.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
9. Nice to have : Experience with manufacturing or distribution environments.
