The Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) & Mobility Prospecting team works collaboratively with corporate organizations and partner associations across Canada to provide their employees and members with exclusive offers on phone plans, home Internet, TV and more.
The team is responsible for using a 4P approach to delivering profitable growth through one of the fastest growing segments of the TELUS mobility business.
Within EPP & Mobility Prospecting, the Product Innovation & Enablement Team drives innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
This is a nimble and agile product team with a focus on delivering a Digital First strategy. As Senior Product Manager, Integrated Digital Strategy, you will lead our Integrated Digital Experience Strategy, collaborating with our stakeholders across the organization to drive further growth in the Digital space.
You will enable unique programs that optimize the online experience for our customers. Taking a customer-centric approach, you will champion solutions that improve the online buyer journey and reduce customer effort.
Lastly, you will have strong connectivity with cross-functional teams across the organization on key wireless initiatives, ensuring product relevancy and adaptation of processes that support the business.

- Shape the EPP Digital roadmap - deliver a frictionless and integrated online experience that enables growth in key competitive accounts / organizations
- Provide carefully thought out business casing to support the capital planning process
- Through strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships, drive turnkey programs and projects that support new capabilities and services, optimize online performance and improve the E2E journey
- Synthesize and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership that influence key business decisions and strategic approaches
- Track, analyze and share the details of platform performance related to delivery and reliability especially of the journey for EPP customers
- Address and mitigate system related issues that impact order fulfillment and / or create operational complexities
- Mentor team members, supporting their development

Great-to-haves :
- Strong background with a digital first environment (TELUS Digital experience is a plus!)
- Strong background in customer experience & order fulfillment
- Experience in digital product delivery (Agile or Scrum)
- Experience in business casing and capital planning
- Experience with UX and API back-end systems integration
- B2B, B2B2C, telecommunications and / or technology-based industry experience is an asset
