Job Posting: Executive Director of ACGC
The Alberta Council for International Cooperation (ACGC), a non-profit organization serving Alberta’s
international and community development organizations, is accepting applications for the permanent position
of Executive Director.
Accountable to the Board of Directors, and guided by our organizational vision, mission, and strategic goals,
the Executive Director of ACGC will be responsible for providing strategic and operational oversight for the
activities of the council, including providing leadership and management towards strong human resources,
finances, and program management; advancing stakeholder relations and advocacy; and supporting sound
governance.
POSITION TITLE : Executive Director
POSITION TYPE : Full time (37.5h / week), permanent
SALARY : $89,000 $93,000
REPORTS TO : Board of Directors
LOCATION : Edmonton, Alberta (required)
ANTICIPATED TRAVEL : 30% travel required within Alberta, Canada, and internationally.
ANTICIPATED START DATE : 1 August 2023 or as soon as possible
