Job Summary

We areseeking a Manufacturing Strategy & Performance Advisor to playa pivotal role in operationalizing Global Manufacturing Excellence(GME) organizations strategy and drive value driven manufacturingofferings represented in manufacturing programs and full potentialassessments.

As a global leader in specialtymanufacturing GME is focused on maximizing value across the ThisCompany Wholly Owned and Affiliated refining portfolio throughstrategic planning operations excellence and continuousimprovements to drive manufacturing performance excellence.

Yourprimary role is to lead key workstreams that advance GMEsmanufacturing capabilities and optimize performance.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Lead develop and manage GMEs Strategic ValuedrivenRoadmap.
• Develop comprehensive manufacturingstrategies leveraging portfolio prioritization and valuemapping.
• Manage stakeholder engagementinitiatives and communications on strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate governance bodies including preboardevaluations and advisory services.
• Overseeportfolio and affiliate performance management through benchmarkingand optimization advisory.
• Translate GMEsvision into measurable strategic and operational KPIs.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and business casedevelopment for expansion opportunities.
• Advise affiliate board management on manufacturingoptimization programs.
• Track and report GMEmetrics to senior leadership on progress towardsobjectives.

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or a relatedfield. An advanced degree (MBA / Finance) is preferable.
• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience inmanufacturing strategy consulting or a corporate strategic planningrole.
• Expertise in portfolio managementbusiness case development and manufacturing operations isessential.
• Have experience leadingcrossfunctional initiatives and managing highlevel stakeholderrelationships.
• Demonstrate previous success indeveloping and implementing strategic roadmaps.
• Familiarity with benchmarking and performance managementframeworks such as Solomon or RAM.
• Ability totranslate strategic vision into action through structured processfacilitation.
• Strong communicationcollaboration and project management skills are alsorequired.
