About the Opportunity
Parker Huggett has partnered with an established boutique developer with active projects in the luxury rental, condo, stacked-town and commercial space.
This firm has a strong presence in Toronto’s West End has has transformed forgotten land into environmentally balanced urban living spaces.
This firm has created landmark purpose-built rentals and residential developments close to the best amenities and transit Toronto offers.
With a new luxury rental tower getting underway in 2024, this well-managed team is adding an intermediate project manager to their dynamic team of design and construction professionals.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following :
- High-rise condo project management experience
- Completed 1-2 full-cycle projects in mid-rise / high-rise
- Experience in a construction management or builder / developer environment
- Strong work ethic, collaborative work style and the desire to continue to grow in the high-rise development space in the GTA
