POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. Success in this role will come to a self-driven, versatile, and entrepreneurial sales professional.
The ability to work with and learn from our team of professional consultants will increase the likelihood of success. Excellent command of English is required.
Working ability in French and / or Spanish would be an asset.
Our clients grow their businesses with the solutions we provide. An understanding of the value of long-term business relationships is a key component of our success.
Compensation includes a base amount plus commission on the initial sale and recurring commissions on ongoing revenue.
REPORTS TO :
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Sales Management : Leverage your aptitude for qualification and discovery to identify client needs and match them with appropriate Acumatica solutions.
- Deal Facilitation : Skillfully navigate decision-making processes, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Team Collaboration : Actively participate in team meetings and events, contributing insights and collaborating with colleagues to drive collective success.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding expectations to foster long-term partnerships.
- Lead Generation : Take ownership of lead generation efforts, proactively seeking new business opportunities while effectively managing and progressing leads provided by the company.
- Solution Expertise : Invest time in understanding Acumatica’s solutions thoroughly, staying updated on product features and benefits to effectively sell to potential clients.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network.
- Occasional evening and / or weekend work, consistent with the requirements of potential clients.
- Travel to and from client sites (local or out of town), as required.
- Perform additional duties, as required.
REVENUE GENERATION :
The Acumatica Sales Executive is engaged directly in the sales efforts of the firm and will have a profound influence on the success of sales proposals to potential and existing clients.
When the duties of the position are carried out well, sales will be closed, and implementations will be successful. This will drive revenue for the firm and will contribute to the success of our clients.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years of experience with Acumatica ERP.
- Expert-level knowledge of Acumatica finance and distribution modules.
- Exposure to and experience with industry-specific modules such as manufacturing and construction.
- Ability to develop solutions consistent with requirements.
- Experience presenting to management and C-Suite executives and technical and non-technical people.
- Demonstrated skill to manage demos with demanding attendees.
- Clear understanding that completion of a demo script is less important than requirements verification and communication of our ability to deliver a solution.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the US.
