Our client, a leading manufacturer of electric submersible pumps, is seeking a Senior Account Manager. Applicants can be based in Calgary or Edmonton.

Basic Functions : As the Senior Account Manager, you will manage client relationships to meet sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth in the domestic market, primarily in Alberta.
The focus will be on End Users, Distribution Partners, and OEMs throughout Canada.
Experience :
- Proven sales management track record, preferably in the energy and pump manufacturing sectors.
- Experience with artificial lift (ESP and / or HPS) and pumps / motors.
Skills :
- Strong sales acumen with effective strategy execution.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with market trend analysis abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM & MS Office.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
- Address customer needs proactively.
- Complete strategic customer account plans.
- Negotiate terms of sale within authority limits.
- Expand business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry standards and product features.
