Role Summary :

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's market positioning and driving its onboarding, adoption and retention.

You will use your deep understanding of product-led growth strategies to attract SMB janitorial companies to enhance user engagement from first touch to adoption, ultimately contributing to our product's success in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deep knowledge of the Swept product, our market and customers.
  • Leading the product market strategy for a product led growth motion.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and differentiates our product in the market.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and launches for new features and products, ensuring alignment across all communication channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Design, implement and optimize in-app onboarding experience for each of our user communities.
  • Key stakeholder and user of Pendo for data driven decisions on adoption and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence and user feedback to continuously improve our product offerings.
  • Create compelling content such as case studies, product videos, website copy, and blog posts that articulate the benefits of our products.

Qualifications :

  • Experience trumps everything. You’ve done this before and you understand product led growth and how to execute on this strategy.
  • Success working remotely. Working across stakeholder groups and being a key team contributor on remote platforms is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a tech or related industry.
  • Experienced people manager.
  • Proven experience with product-led growth strategies and understanding of the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
