Position
The Faculty of Business at Athabasca University (AU) invites applications for an interdisciplinary research professor in Organizational Behavior. As a leading open and online university, AU seeks scholars committed to online learning, impactful research, and supporting diverse learners through flexible, distance-based education.
The successful candidate will maintain a strong interdisciplinary research program with a foundation in organizational behavior, contribute to the scholarly reputation of the Faculty of Business, secure external research funding, and will design and teach high-quality online courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
