Responsibilities : Production Planning : Production Workflow Coordination : Manage production workflow for multiple product lines and distributed : Plan and prioritize operations / distribution schedules to maximize : Collaborate with Operations Management to determine necessary manpower, equipment, and raw materials for production : Allocate production resources according to needs and continually monitor job progress to ensure timely : Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions, informing relevant departments of any schedule : Gather output information (, number of orders shipped, percentage of on-time deliveries).

Prepare and submit status and performance : Maintain organized paperwork using a digital filing : Work with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Order Entry : Accurate Order Input : Enter customer orders into the NAV system, ensuring correctness and timely updates. Automatically create purchase orders for manufacturing through the NAV : Address customer inquiries promptly.

Keep customers and sales teams informed about significant changes in pricing, quantities, or delivery : Process orders swiftly and accurately to meet customer delivery : Track order status throughout the fulfillment process.

Collaborate with logistical personnel to ensure timely shipments and : Work closely with sales, finance, customer service, service, manufacturing, and supply chain departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and : Resolve issues related to customer orders, including changes, cancellations, or : Maintain precise data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in : Participate in group meetings to review order status and quality meetings to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications : Microsoft Navision experience is a MUST5+ Years of experience in data entry, customer service, or planningAbility to clearly and effectively convey information to customers and team members.
