Responsibilities :
Production Planning :
- Production Workflow Coordination : Manage production workflow for multiple product lines and distributed products.
- Operations Scheduling : Plan and prioritize operations / distribution schedules to maximize performance.
- Resource Planning : Collaborate with Operations Management to determine necessary manpower, equipment, and raw materials for production demands.
- Resource Scheduling : Allocate production resources according to needs and continually monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
- Issue Management : Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions, informing relevant departments of any schedule changes.
- Performance Reporting : Gather output information (e.g., number of orders shipped, percentage of on-time deliveries). Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Organization : Maintain organized paperwork using a digital filing system.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Order Entry :
Accurate Order Input : Enter customer orders into the NAV system, ensuring correctness and timely updates. Automatically create purchase orders for manufacturing through the NAV system.Customer Communication : Address customer inquiries promptly. Keep customers and sales teams informed about significant changes in pricing, quantities, or delivery dates.Efficient Order Processing : Process orders swiftly and accurately to meet customer delivery expectations.Order Monitoring : Track order status throughout the fulfillment process. Collaborate with logistical personnel to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with sales, finance, customer service, service, manufacturing, and supply chain departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.Issue Resolution : Resolve issues related to customer orders, including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.Data Accuracy : Maintain precise data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.Status Review Meetings : Participate in group meetings to review order status and quality meetings to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Job Requirements
Required Qualifications :
