Foresight Recruitment Group has partnered exclusively with Mainline Living to recruit a Regional Property Manager, to be based out of Kelowna, BC.
This is your opportunity to not only work for an Owner / Manager but also a Strategic Developer with future communities coming online in the near future.
Your new role
You will work alongside an established entrepreneurial team and report directly to the VP of Property Management. As an operational expert, you will lead a team of Community Managers maximizing rental revenues and deploying best practices, developing and implementing policies.
Service delivery and tenant satisfaction will be high on your agenda.
This role would suit someone who enjoys all aspects of Residential Property Management, including budgeting, leasing, maintenance, financial reporting and working cross functionally with other teams.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience as a Residential Property Manager leading teams across multiple buildings.
Experience with leasing (including lease ups, budgeting, use of Yardi is essential to be considered. Please note, this role will involve regular travel within BC to oversee property operations.
