The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency-type environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and clients at a time.
They will be experienced in digital marketing as a whole, with expertise in social media marketing.
Responsibilities :
- Managing client social media strategies on multiple platforms
- Sourcing, creating, and planning content for clients' social media
- Developing email campaigns (Klaviyo & Mailchimp)
- Creating content
- Working on websites (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
- Designing graphics (Canva)
- Developing and presenting monthly reports to clients
- Managing the Social Media Coordinator and assigning tasks as needed
Qualifications / Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Min. 3 years experience in marketing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms
- Possess a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Intuitive design and aesthetic understanding
- Strong experience with design tools such as Photoshop and Canva (Canva experience is required)
- Experience with Mailchimp and email marketing
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient work capabilities
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Agency experience considered an asset
