The Job
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage both executive tasks and social media responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation & Social Media Management Write, edit, and publish engaging content on both personal and business social media accounts.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across platforms.
- Interact with followers and grow social media presence.
- Video Editing
- Edit podcasts and create high-quality reels for social media.
- Ensure video content is polished and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
- Infographic Design
- Create professional and visually appealing infographics for use in presentations, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Executive Assistance
- Manage your schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Process and manage invoicing, billing, and other financial tasks.
- Call Management
- Make and schedule phone calls on your behalf, including client and business partner follow-ups.
- Assist with coordinating and maintaining important relationships.
The Profile
Requirements :
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and video editing.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling, invoicing, and communication tools (Google Calendar, QuickBooks, etc.).
