The Director of Operations for Eastern Canada is responsible for the overall performance of hauling locations East of Manitoba including Brandon, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Toronto, Sarnia and Ottawa.
This role supports Westcan Bulk Transport, and Paul’s Hauling, both divisions of KAG Canada.
The successful candidate should have an adaptable approach within their leadership style to best serve the needs of our team, and as required, adjust from functioning at a high level to very granular within the operation.
Approximately 10 years of diverse experience with leadership responsibilities in the transportation industry is required, with specific exposure to fuel and bulk commodities hauling preferred.
This position is based at our Toronto Terminal and will be required to travel within the region on a regular basis and or be willing to relocate (support provided).
