Estimator
Responsibilities :
Mastery in quantity takeoffs.
Soliciting competitive pricing from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Compiling and submitting comprehensive bid packages within designated timelines.
Conducting handoff meetings with the project team upon successful bid acquisition.
Qualifications :
Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction / Engineering).
Ideally, 1 year of experience in interior systems within commercial or industrial projects.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in mathematical calculations for areas, volumes, and counts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software.
Profound understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
