Two of our clients are looking for Receptionist and Office Administrators for IMMEDIATE start! If you are someone with excellent communication skills, and at least 2 years of experience in Office Administration, we want to hear from you!

Position : Receptionist / Office Administrator
Employment Type : Contract (approx 6 months, possibility for extension)
Start Date : IMMEDIATELY
Salary : $20 - $23 / hr
Location : Mississauga & Etobicoke

Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the appropriate department or handling other needs
- Schedule appointments and bookings
- Support organization image and brand through exceptional phone demeanor and customer service and timely follow up
- Ensure front office area is kept neat and organized and greet in person visitors
- Handle couriers and distribute mail
- Data entry filing duties
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or reception
- Customer focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent MS Office skills
