Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 2 months contract in Markham. This position is Hybrid role (2 days onsite).

Pay rate : $24 / Hour

Rotational shifts : Mon-Fri, 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm OR 8 : 30-5 : 00pm

Responsibilities

  • Renewal work, reviewing policies that have stopped because of a system issue and updating correcting.
  • Releasing policies out to the customer.
  • Control space- updating incorrect information.
  • Updating and validating screens to go out to clients.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE :

  • Accuracy and productivity
  • Excel experience
  • Administrative or related experience- 3 years
  • Strong communication skills
  • Post-Secondary education

NICE TO HAVE :

  • Data entry experience
  • Insurance experience
  • Bilingual
