Job description :

Join a leading manufacturing and after-sales service company specializing in industrial and mechanical products. We are looking for a technical and customer service coordinator to oversee customer service operations and ensure top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate service calls and maintenance schedules, optimizing daily routes for technicians using mapping software.
  • Handle urgent customer calls, ensuring prompt and effective service response.
  • Manage communications with field staff to track and adjust day-to-day activities.
  • Input repair and maintenance data into the system prepare work orders, and draft quotes and invoices.

Skills and qualifications :

Requirements :

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in technical service or similar role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to learn mechanical and industry-specific standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in French, functional English preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability to learn new software.

Work Environment :

  • Full-time, permanent position after a six-month probationary period.
