Job description :
Join a leading manufacturing and after-sales service company specializing in industrial and mechanical products. We are looking for a technical and customer service coordinator to oversee customer service operations and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate service calls and maintenance schedules, optimizing daily routes for technicians using mapping software.
- Handle urgent customer calls, ensuring prompt and effective service response.
- Manage communications with field staff to track and adjust day-to-day activities.
- Input repair and maintenance data into the system prepare work orders, and draft quotes and invoices.
Skills and qualifications :
Requirements :
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in technical service or similar role.
- Strong technical background with the ability to learn mechanical and industry-specific standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in French, functional English preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and capability to learn new software.
Work Environment :
- Full-time, permanent position after a six-month probationary period.
