3+ yearsDemonstrated experience in a change management role. Must demonstrate experience managing complex changes specifically in a hospital or clinical program setting, involving multiple direct project stakeholders.
Experience must be from projects delivering change management strategies that were directly involved with enabling, ensuring adoption, and acceptance from health system users at the point of care.
10 yearsExcellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated experience in Change Management and in the development and effective execution of change management plans in a hospital setting (Clinical Information Solution / Electronic Health Record).
Demonstrated experience in development and execution of training and communication plans in a hospital setting.Demonstrated leadership experience guiding, motivating, and building team capacity for sustainable digital transformation.
Demonstrated experience in the development of various education and training tools and / or reference guides, to support the upcoming changes brought about by a new program / system / process and / or initiative.
Demonstrated ability establishing or supporting physician engagement plans to foster engagement and buy-in for digital transformations within a hospital setting with a diverse group of clinical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience developing fit for purpose engagement strategies with a focus on clinical impact readiness assessment as it relates to health informatics support and adoption.
Competent level of knowledge with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Team), in the work environment.
Written and spoken competence in both English and French is considered an asset.
