Your Mission : Under the supervision of the Team Lead of the sales team, as Account Manager, you will be responsible for the promotion and sale of our ERP solutions to the target companies.
You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, demonstrating the capabilities of our products, and closing sales to achieve business goals.
- Your responsibilities : Identify and prospect new potential customers (50%);Understand the specific needs of customers and propose adapted ERP solutions;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (50%);Negotiate terms of sale and enter into contracts;
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets;Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction;
- Participate in trade shows, conferences and events to promote the company's products;Monitor the progress and performance of customer accounts by identifying opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize the customer experience;
- Stay abreast of market trends and developments in the sector and make recommendations to your team.What we are looking for : University degree in business administration, computer science or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP software sales;Autonomy, proactivity and ability to work in a team;Demonstrated leadership to positively influence employees and clients;
- Proven experience in software sales, ideally in the field of ERP, CRM or similar solutions;Good understanding of sales principles and techniques and market trends;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions;Knowledge of business processes and ERP systems (an asset);
- Strong customer focus and ability to build trusting and long-lasting relationships;Proficiency in CRM tools and the Office suite;
Available for business trips outside as required;Bilingualism (French and English) both orally and in writing, considering the nature of the tasks and frequent communication with partners, colleagues and clients outside Quebec.
