Position : Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist
Location : Markham (In-office)
Our client based in Markham is actively seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity, with a strong focus on career growth and development.

Responsibilities :
- Handling daily accounts payable tasks
- Matching and coding invoices accurately
- Posting invoices promptly
- Preparation of EFT and cheque payments
- Ensuring meticulous data entry and system maintenance
- Providing administrative support to the accounting department
- Assisting with any additional duties as required
The ideal candidate will possess :
- Fluent proficiency in both written and verbal French and English
- A College Diploma and / or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
