They are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team at our Head Office in Welland. This role requires a relationship-oriented individual with strong organization and analytical skills.
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their insurance journey.
What does the Commercial Account Manager do?
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Provide superior customer service when responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner
- Review policies and making recommendations based on individual client needs while identifying opportunities to cross-sell / upsell
- Adhere to underwriting criteria set out by broker partners
- Follow-up and co-ordinate with clients to ensure documents are complete
- Update client information through carrier portals and websites
- Conduct billing calls, as required
- Proficient with online quoting portals with all carriers
- Review policies and recommended coverages based on individual consumer need

Job Requirements
- RIBO licensed
- 2+ years in Commercial Lines Insurance
- Powerbroker experience an asset
