Responsibilities

Pharmacists - LTC - Downtown Vancouver and Lower Mainland, BC - Healthcare

• Ensuring compliance with College of Pharmacy requirements when delivering pharmacy service
• Ensuring patient care and safety while completing all typical duties of Pharmacist in a hybrid community / LTC setting
• Supporting operations which may include staff supervision, inventory management support, dispensing duties and other tasks to optimize service opportunities, cost containment, patient retention and development
• Other duties as required to support patient care and safety

Qualifications

Pharmacists - LTC - Downtown Vancouver and Lower Mainland, BC - Healthcare

• Licensed Pharmacist in BC and in good standing with the College of Pharmacy required
• Injection certification required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent service for all patients
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
