Estimator :
Our construction client is searching for an Estimator to join their team. This role will be integrated with specialty engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :
- Be responsible for identifying an accurate scope of work
- Produce accurate take-offs, and compiling all information required to produce a finalized estimate prior to tender deadlines
- Prepare quotation and bid packages in a timely manner
- Provide responses to Post-Bid and Post-Award Clarifications, as well as pricing and schedule adjustments as needed
- Assist in the initial planning and scheduling of projects, preparation of schedules, ordering of materials, etc.
Your strengths include :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required
- Eligible for registration with APEGA or ASET
- 2+ years of Construction Estimating
- Customer service focused
- AutoCAD and Construction experience is an asset
- Estimating and Project Management experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Have a valid drivers license with a driver’s abstract is required
