As a Brand Ambassador, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on ensuring a well-stocked store, maintaining its visual appeal, and actively contributing to achieving sales targets.
We are looking for a part time brand ambassador 10- 30 hours per week (2-4 days a week) to join our Kitsilano Vancouver team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information, and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing according to corporate VM guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and actively use selling techniques.
- Use Playbook selling skills actively to drive sales and meet objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours as needed.
- Preferred experience in retail or customer service.
What We Offer :
- Salary Range estimate of $18.40 to 22.40 per hour. Pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and / or training.
