Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our team and deliver incredible Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions to our financial services clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee the successful design, development, and implementation of GRC technology solutions to address governance, risk, and compliance challenges.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
  • Develop strategies and roadmaps for implementing GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the design and implementation process.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in existing GRC processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, configurations, and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in GRC technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.

Must Have :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (5-10+ years) in designing and implementing RSA Archer solutions for GRC.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and regulations.
  • Strong background in technology risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology-related risks in line with GRC frameworks
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Archer and / or ServiceNow IRM with associated certifications
  • Experience with other GRC platforms or tools.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Technical Abilities :

  • Proficiency in GRC platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with database management systems for data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of web technologies and APIs for system integrations.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and their impact on GRC solutions.
